The association is governed by the Master Deed/By-Laws and the Rules and Regulations created under their authority, all of which are legally binding documents and a three-person board of directors who are elected by the co-owners.
The association hires a management company to handle the day-by-day events. All decisions are subject to the Board of Directors approval.
Association dues are $395 per month and cover common area maintenance, lawn and tree care, snow removal, building maintenance, management, clubhouse maintenance, outside lighting, lawn sprinklers and all water.
